Once you sign up, you'll be asked to either join a course or create a course, everything is straight forward and you'll have the option to manage everything easily.

Who has access to my course?

You'll have the option to choose which students are allowed into your course, you can set whether anyone can join or only a pre-authorized list that's created by you.
